News & Media
My work continues to take shape not only through creation, but through the conversations it sparks. This collection of news and media reflects how the work is received, interpreted, and shared across different platforms and audiences. Each feature offers a new perspective, adding depth to the themes I explore and extending their reach beyond the studio.
Italicized
Italicized, presented at the Royal Rose Art Gallery, became an exhibit that rippled outward into the wider community. Timed to coincide with Italian Heritage Month and featured during the Town of Aurora Street Festival, the exhibition brought together 13 contemporary Italian-Canadian artists from across the GTA and York Region. What unfolded was not only a dynamic cultural showcase, but a moment of visible celebration, one that was embraced by local media, visitors, and the broader public.
Trio La Scala Di Seta
International attention, sold-out audiences, and cross-border media coverage defined this remarkable concert series presented by my partners and I (Friends in Art). We welcomed Trio La Scala di Seta from Italy for three major performances at the Joseph D. Carrier Art Gallery.
Heart of The Matter
Presented by Friends in Art at the Joseph D. Carrier Art Gallery, and supported by Villa Charities and corporate sponsors, the exhibition brought together 20 artists from across the GTA. Through painting, drawing, video, sculptural installation, and mixed media, the show explored a universal question: What truly lies at the heart of the matter? AND What matters to the heart? What followed was an extraordinary wave of public and media engagement.
